2024 Survey Information
The photos below are a representation of an alternative shake that would meet the high standards of the Forest Hills Community. The materials used on the home are the Presidential Shake, which have a class A fire rating and wind rating of 135mph. 
The next photo is a side-by-side comparison of the current cedar shake on the left and the Presidential Shake on the right. 
As you can see, the Presidential Shake maintains the look with a much cleaner appearance.

Roofing Samples on Display at 1887 E Woodstone Drive
DaVinci and Brava are resin products and have been approved for use.
The GAF products are asphalt.
The CertainTeed Presidential Shakes are asphalt.
